If you plan to use private insurance, we encourage you to check directly with your provider about coverage for different therapy disciplines before booking. We’re happy to guide you through the process during a complimentary discovery call, but please note that we cannot contact your provider on your behalf.
Payment can be made securely through our online booking app, Jane, or by e-transfer. Direct billing may be available depending on your plan and other factors, which we can review together by phone or at your appointment.

Life happens — we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. You can view our complete policy anytime in Jane.

Many of our therapists use Jane, where you can easily book appointments, view available times, select your preferred therapist, and manage your sessions all in one place.
Therapists who are not listed on Jane use their own booking systems and will explain their process when you connect with them. If you’d like to book with a therapist who isn’t on Jane, simply submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page, and we’ll help you get connected.

We provide both virtual sessions and in-person appointments, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs. Online sessions are delivered through a secure, encrypted video platform to protect your privacy. In certain cases, we also offer community visits and in-home functional assessments. Please reach out to us to discuss your options.
