About Suite Eleven Therapy & Wellness

At its core, Suite Eleven is a space for healing that honours the full complexity of the human experience.

At Suite Eleven Therapy & Wellness, the mission is to create a safe, supportive practice where individuals can access integrated, client-centred care. Co-founded by two occupational therapists with over 30 years of combined experience, Suite Eleven blends occupational therapy, somatic approaches, and psychological therapies to support the whole person - body, mind, and nervous system.

Suite Eleven is, at its core, a space to pause, be genuinely understood, and realign with what matters most - providing steady, compassionate support that honours each client’s unique pace and path.

Clients can expect trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware care, delivered through a collaborative process that is responsive rather than prescriptive. The focus is on restoring function, capacity, and self-trust - not just easing symptoms. The space itself is designed to feel calm and supportive, with a boutique atmosphere that invites safety, reflection, and connection.

The team works at the intersection of chronic illness, mental health, and nervous system regulation, offering care for complex conditions that often fall through the gaps of conventional models.

Vision

To create a trusted space where safety, compassion, and evidence-based care come together—helping people to feel seen, build resilience, and rediscover their capacity to live fully.

Mission

At Suite Eleven, we bridge the gap between physical and emotional well-being through integrated, trauma-informed care. We partner with clients to strengthen nervous system resilience, restore function, and reconnect with what matters most.
